Tom Brady to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers

In Tampa's 9 losses Wintson had 31 fumbles and picks combined.

That's almost 3 1/2 per game.

They lost 6 of those games by 1 score.

In the blowouts he had

  • 2 pick 6s in a 14 point loss
  • 5 picks, 2 fumbles, and a lost fumble in an 11 point loss
  • 4 picks and a fumble in a 17 point loss

That team could have been 14-2 with Brady last year.

They would have easily been 12-4 with Brady.

Such a dumb post

people out here last year popping Chubs for the likes of Josh Gordon playing with Brady but say some sh** like this about him having Evan's and Godwin

Makes no sense

Brady made Edelman relevant

Not the other way around

What do you think he'll do with godwin in the slot

C'mon man

Godwin will blow up with Tom, gona be a monstrosity

LOL ok

People acting like Brady can’t throw to a receiver who’s over 5’10’’ and runs routes more than 10 yards down the field. It’s not like he’s ever had MVP seasons with big receivers and deep threats before...

Limited arm strength lol. Clueless post is clueless. Brady might not be a good deep ball thrower, but he's thrown to mostly midgets the Patriots have trotted out there most of his career. And the limited arm strength take is even more comical.

Y'all seriously think Tom Brady can throw down the field consistently? Are you guys living in 2009 again? Tom hasn't been able to throw down the field with much accuracy in years. I'm looking forward to seeing Mike Evans and Chris Godwin running 2 yard whip routes all over the field.

25 less TO (FB's included) a year alone will be a massive upgrade from  the joke Jameis is! So whether he is dinking and dunking for YAC or throwing bombs, TB has no choice but to be better!

Assuming Health of course!

To the people saying Brady can't throw the ball down the field.

  • He had 462 yards and 505 yards in back to back Super Bowls at ages 39 and 40.
  • His yards per attempt from ages 38-41 was 7.8
    • That number would place him 9th all time.
  • Including the playoffs he was the best player on the planet in 2016 AND 2017.
  • You are still hilariously wrong about Brady, as always.

Now you want to talk about who can't function as an NFL QB when he has to throw down the field outside?

Watch that Titans - Ravens playoff game. That dude is 20 years younger than Brady and he is more of a CAN'T QB than Brady.

To the people comparing Brady's rating to Winston's.

  • Now compare their 4 WRs and 2 TEs from 2019.
    • Wintson's rating on that Patriots team would be 72
    • Brady's on Tampa 2019 would have been 100

Do you all really believe this garbage or is epic failing at trolling your passion in life?

Who cares what Brady did 4 and 3 years ago? He's not the same player he was then, and everyone knows it. His YPA has been decreasing every single year since 2016, and if you look at 2016, that year would be an outlier compared to every other year in the 2010's where his YPA was below 8, and most of the time below 7.5 as well.

2019 Average Completed Air Yards: 5.6 (5th worst in the NFL) source

He's a dink and dunk QB, and has been for several years. He's best suited for a west coast scheme, not an Air Coryell scheme. Was he still the best QB on the planet doing that scheme? Yup. Does that mean he's a scheme fit for an offense that pushes the ball down the field and has WR's who thrive going down the field? Absolutely not, and I'm kind of shocked that people think it's some sort of slap in the face of Tom Brady for suggesting as much.

Your hot takes require the Kelvin scale.

From Barnwell on ESPN: Brady's rating on passes 16+ yards downfield was 97.6 in 2019.

  • His rating on such passes was 96.2 during his MVP season of 2017.

Did you even look at what you linked? 5th worst on the AFS scale of not knowing how to count or read a chart?

  • Brees was lower.
  • Rodgers was lower.
  • Wentz was lower.
  • Garoppolo was lower.
  • Brissett was lower.
  • Flacco was lower.
  • Murray was lower.
  • Allen was lower
  • Trubisky was lower
  • Carr was lower.
  • Rudolph and Hodges were both lower
  • Keenum was lower
  • Darnold was tied with Brady

14 guys below you does not make you 5th worse.

Are you suggesting that Wentz, Brissett, Carr, Murray, Darnold, Rodgers, and Garoppolo are washed up at throwing the ball downfield?

Image result for we are all dumber
