In the right scheme he can be effective but you need to cater an offense around his limited skill set. Hes right on the border line between starter and backup and his streakiness (high variance) can make him look like an above average QB for a few games. The Chiefs won both. They made the playoffs because of those wins and his rating was over 100. I know some people are confused about KC not being in Kansas, but thinking its in Philly is much worse.
