Forge
Whitworth trying to play as many years in Los Angeles as he did in Cincinnati. Just keeps chugging along.

If we give him a nice signing bonus, it prorates over 3 years. If Whitworth retires after 2020, we get a credit for the signing bonus in future years (basically, we get the money back under cap rules). But we can opt to let Whit keep the signing bonus. It's a smart move.
stl4life07
Great signing. Im glad to see Whitworth back protecting Goff blindside for another 3yrs. Whitworth might be aging but he his play is still top 10 at the position and thats so vital for a QB.

All the guaranteed will be in year one with little cap hit if any in the last two years.
DerbyRam
I do like Whit. He was outstanding in 2018 and good in 2019. The money seems to be smartly distributed over the three years and despite the years: it seems like he can be basically cut at any point after this season with barely any penalty. Good to have him back for another year at least.
Johnny Nix
Congrats to big Whit. One of my favorite Bengals. Worst mistake was letting him go

El Ramster
Good deal and it’s back loaded with the small hits reef. Big whit did good by us with this class act.
