Lionized
Ngakuoe, Clowney, Thuney, Ryan, Trent Williams, Darby, Gordon, Freeman, some guys I think we could make move on. 9 draft choices Edited March 19, 2020 by Lionized

Had we finished with 10 wins and Flowers performed the exact same, everyone would have called last season successful, and Flowers would have contributed to that success. That was your argument: the moves haven't made this team successful. Losing your starting QB has a huge hand to play in that.

Doesn't seem to be a big market for him. I would try to swoop in on him.
Karnage84
There is $18M that rolls over from last season. 2020 Cap: $198.2M 2019 Cap Rollover: $18M TOTAL 2020 CAP ROOM: $216M So we're looking at $39M of free space with the additions of Collins, Vaitai, Daniel (but not Nicholas) and the subtractions of Wagner and Kennard. + Harmon = - $4.25M + Kearse = - $2.75M - Slay = + $10.46M NET = $42.46M Less $12M for rookie contracts = $30.46M of available cap space We could still see moves like the Slay trade (+$10M), Marvin Jones cut/restructure (+$6.5M), Decker trade/extension (+$10M) to open up more room for other moves. Not suggesting that these will actually happen but these would have the biggest impact on the cap.

Our second have schedule was poor. Reaching 9-10 wins wasn't a stretch at all. Ignoring the opponents played doesn't make that sound any better. So we have about 30M now after the slay deal that we can dedicate to FA

We didn't finish with 10 wins and we weren't on pace to finish with 10 wins when Stafford was injured. We did finished 3 wins, and we did tie for 2nd fewest sacks. We did have a non existent pass rush, especially when it mattered most. I'm not as confident as you are everyone's view on Flower's performance would shift so drastically if his play was exactly the same.
