Broncofan
Definitely one of the worst ever moves by Elway. A statue QB in a scheme with an iffy OL and an emphasis on mobile QB's. At least it only cost us 1 year of $. But yeah, the 4th was such a waste of resources, even recognizing that 4th round picks only have a 20-30 percent hit rate to get a 2nd-contract starter. This had a 0 percent chance of working out, total desperation win-now move back then on a team that didn't have win-now hopes. At least we don't have to entertain the same type of bad choices now. Even if Lock doesn't work out, the simple fact we have hope means we don't have to go down this fool's errand path.
jsthomp2007
I saw my phone say that the Broncos waived former Super Bowl MVP and that's all it read. I thought we just waived Von....few.

Most around here said as much when they were made.
Joe_is_the_best
Happy to get rid of him. But I'm glad he was bad enough to get Lock in there.
jsthomp2007
When they say waived Flacco, do they mean waived goodbye to him?
BroncoBruin
Put him in a cannon and shoot him into the sun.
1234567
You didn’t have to watch a lifetime supply of footage to figure out he wasn’t well liked in that locker room; body language says it all. The guy’s a d*ck with ears. Good riddance.
