Kiwibrown
Always the tackle. Linebackers flame out a hunch taken high. Aaron Curry, Keith Rivers, Roquon Smith has been that much of an impact player. Tackles flame put also, but st least you are betting on one of the more important and more difficult positions to find. If we cant get a tackle in this draft, it is a fail.

Burrow 2. Chase 3.Okudah 4. Wirfs 5.Tua 6.Herbert So the situation is either trading our second third rounder to move up to pick 7 for Simmons OR staying put at 10 and taking Wills 7. LB/S Isaiah Simmons Clemson 2nd. OT Prince Tega Wanogho Auburn 3rd. S Ashtyn Davis Cal 4. DE Alton Robinson Syracuse 6. RB Joshua Kelly UCLA 7. WR Binjimin Victor Ohio State OR 10. OT Jedrick Wills Alabama 2nd. S Grant Delpit LSU / Antoine Winfield Jr Minnesota (Either works for me here) 3a. LB Jordyn Brooks Texas Tech 3b. TE Albert Okwuegbunam Missouri 4. DE Alton Robinson Syracuse 6. RB Joshua Kelly UCLA 7. WR Binjimin Victor Ohio State I'm taking the Simmons mock. I just believe we can still get a tackle in the second and address the safety position in the draft as well. I choose Wills plus Judon linebacker ravens against any combination of Simmons plus your pick at lineman
NateDawg
I like Isaiah Simmons a lot in college but I’m not sure where he fits in the NFL. He could be really awesome and I could be wrong. I see him a little bit as a tweener that could get exposed by a well structured offense. I don’t see him as an NFL caliber starter at the point of attack. And I’m not sure he projects as a safety. I think he’s a guy who could be use creatively, but most defenses thrive with guys that are just good fundamental guys within the system. With that said if we draft him he is going to be a generational player.

We win the off-season, yet again. Between September and January will be a very different story...

Kiwibrown
Brownie loves the physical freaks. I dont want a li ebacker in the 1st the way i dont want a runningback in the 1st. If we go defender i want okuda or the pass rusher, which wont happen. With a top 10 pick stick to the key 5 positions. Qb Wr Cb Ot Pass rusher

Yeah but he’s not just one of those he’s like all four combined plus Jaylon Smith was going to be a top 10 pick before he had a potential career ending injury which is the only reason he was available in the second. if anything it shows the value of that kind of skill set because they weren’t sure he’d play again AND HE STILL WENT IN THE SECOND if we get Trent I’m pulling out the stops for Simmons Edited March 24, 2020 by brownie man
