wcf1989
The way the draft works out, I do not see the teams signing Cam and Clowney changing their draft strategy all that much despite the signing. ROUND 1 1. Cincinnati Bengals – Joe Burrow QB LSU 2. Washington Redskins – Chase Young EDGE Ohio State *TRADE* To DET: 5th ovr + 26th ovr To MIA: 3rd ovr + 149th ovr 3. Miami Dolphins (from DET) – Tua Tagovailoa QB Alabama 4. New York Giants – Andrew Thomas LT Georgia 5. Detroit Lions (from MIA) – Jeff Okudah CB Ohio State 6. Los Angeles Chargers – Mekhi Becton LT Louisville 7. Carolina Panthers – Isaiah Simmons LB/S Clemson 8. Arizona Cardinals – Jedrick Wills RT Alabama *TRADE* To JAX: 21st ovr + 2021 1st rd pick + 2021 4th rd pick To PHI: 9th ovr 9. Philadelphia Eagles (from JAX) – Jerry Jeudy WR Alabama The trade value for this type of trade up is iffy. I think this is fair value. Eagles desperately need a WR. *TRADE* To CLE: 15th ovr + 77th ovr + 2021 3rd pick To DEN: 10th ovr 10. Denver Broncos (from CLE) – CeeDee Lamb WR Oklahoma Not a trade I see mocked all that much, but with Jack Conklin playing RT and the top two LT's off the board, getting more picks to fill more needs seems to be the best case for Cleveland. Denver has plenty of draft capital, so moving up to grab arguably the top WR ahead of the Jets and Raiders is an easy move. 11. New York Jets – Tristan Wirfs RT Iowa *TRADE* To LV: 22nd ovr + 58th ovr + 89th ovr To MIN: 12th ovr + 121st ovr + 2021 4th rd pick 12. Minnesota Vikings (from LV) – Derrick Brown DT Auburn Another fun trade but Minnesota's DL has been fairly depleted this off season and with a talent like Brown tumbling down the board, my the hell not go up and get him. You still have an extra 1st and can still manuever around in the middle of draft to fill out the roster. 13. San Francisco 49ers (from IND) – Kristian Fulton CB LSU *TRADE* To TB: 30th ovr + 94th ovr + 2021 1st rd pick To GB: 14th ovr 14. Green Bay Packers (from TB) – Henry Ruggs WR Alabama Packers are arguably one of the most ready to win teams in football. They need a true second option at WR and Ruggs can blow the top off teams in a multiple of ways, allowing Adams to use his route running skill set in the intermediate distances. 15. Cleveland Browns (from DEN) – Patrick Queen ILB LSU This could be another trade down spot potentially with Dallas but I think the pick is the same for Cleveland. They lost Schobert so this fills an immediate and important need. They have some more early picks to fill out the other gaps in their roster. 16. Atlanta Falcons – K’Lavon Chaisson EDGE LSU 17. Dallas Cowboys – CJ Henderson CB Florida 18. Miami Dolphins – Javon Kinlaw DT Florida State They did take Wilkins last year but Kinlaw is by far the BPA at this point and they have so much draft capital and so many holes, I could see BPA being their strategy throughout the entire process. 19. Las Vegas Raiders (from CHI) – Justin Jefferson WR LSU 20. Jacksonville Jaguars (from LAR) – AJ Epenesa DL Iowa Traded Campbell, and basically draft a guy who profiles the same. 21. Jacksonville Jaguars (from PHI) – Xavier McKinney S Alabama 22. Las Vegas Raiders (from MIN via BUF) – Jeff Gladney CB TCU 23. New England Patriots – Jordan Love QB Utah State Even if they sign Cam, Love may need to be a guy who sits for a year or two anyway. 24. New Orleans Saints – Kenneth Murray ILB Oklahoma 25. Minnesota Vikings – Josh Jones RT Houston Vikings fans are probably screaming about getting a CB. There are plenty of CB's in the next tier. 26. Detroit Lions (from MIA) – Yetur Gross-Matos EDGE Penn State An extra pick from their trade back, so they grab another fun toy for Patricia *TRADE* To SEA: Yannick Ngakoue EDGE To JAX: 27th ovr 27. Jacksonville Jaguars (from SEA) – AJ Terrell CB Clemson Perhaps a reach but its a free draft pick for a guy who didn't want to be there. They need CB's and now have filled their top 3 needs with 1st round picks. 28. Baltimore Ravens – Grant Delpit S LSU BPA is always the Ravens mantra. Will not be shocked if this is Swift either. 29. Tennessee Titans – Zack Baun EDGE Wisconsin Vrabel drafts his football doppleganger. 30. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (from GB) – D’Andre Swift RB Georgia You got extra picks from GB, and Swift is by far the BPA and you officially have the most stacked offense in football. *TRADE* To SF: 37th ovr + 112th ovr To LAC: 31st ovr 31. Los Angeles Chargers (from SF) – Justin Herbert QB Oregon Niners needed to trade down to get more picks. Herbert was dropping and LA moves up to get the 5th year option. Tyrod can still start the year on a short leash. *TRADE* To KC: 35th ovr + 109th ovr To DET: 32nd ovr + 177th ovr 32. Detroit Lions (from KC) – Tee Higgins WR Clemson A trade that makes sense for both sides. Lions get a much needed WR, which opens up the possibility to move Marvin Jones on Day 2 or 3. Round 2 33. Cincinnati Bengals – Ezra Cleveland RT Boise State 34. Indianapolis Colts (from WAS) – Denzel Mims WR Baylor 35. Kansas City Chiefs (from DET) – Cesar Ruiz LG Michigan 36. New York Giants – Antoine Winfield S Minnesota 37. San Francisco 49ers (from LAC) – Neville Gallimore DT Oklahoma 38. Carolina Panthers – Trevon Diggs CB Alabama 39. Miami Dolphins – Lucas Niang RT TCU 40. Houston Texans (from ARZ) – Terrell Lewis EDGE Alabama 41. Cleveland Browns – Austin Jackson LT USC 42. Jacksonville Jaguars – Raekwon Davis DT Alabama I stand by thinking their offense is not that bad if they can stay healthy. A front 4 that has Allen, Davis, and Epenesa can revitalize Sacksonville. 43. Chicago Bears (from LV) – Lloyd Cushenberry RG LSU 44. Indianapolis Colts – Jake Fromm QB Georgia He will sit for the year. Makes a ton of sense, it is clear Brissett is not who they feel is the answer at all. *TRADE* To TB: OT Trent Williams To WAS: 2021 1st rd pick + conditional 2021 5th rd pick (can be a 4th) 45. Tampa Bay Buccaneers – Jacob Eason QB Washington Needed to clarify this trade to justify the draft strategy I outlined for TB. Eason is a raw prospect who after 2 years of Brady, should be an easy plug and play. 46. Denver Broncos – Jaylon Johnson CB Utah 47. Atlanta Falcons – Ross Blacklock DT TCU 48. New York Jets – Laviska Shenault WR Colorado 49. Pittsburgh Steelers – Marlon Davidson DL Auburn 50. Chicago Bears – Kyle Duggar LB/S Lynoir-Rhyne 51. Dallas Cowboys – Julian Okwara EDGE Notre Dame 52. Los Angeles Rams – Jonathan Taylor RB Wisconsin An interesting move but who is in that backfield at all? 53. Philadelphia Eagles – Willie Gay Jr. LB Mississippi State Off the field issues but the need is so significant for Philly that taking a chance on this guy could pay serious dividends. 54. Buffalo Bills – JK Dobbins RB Ohio State I know fans are screaming Singletary but the health of this offense is reliant on the running attack being strong and deep. 55. Baltimore Ravens (from ATL via NE) – KJ Hamler WR Penn State 56. Miami Dolphins (from NO) – Tyler Biadasz C Wisconsin Injury concerns have him drop but if this works out, Dolphins are creating an all star OL through this draft. 57. Houston Texans – Justin Madubuike DT Texas A&M 58. Las Vegas Raiders (from MIN) – Damien Lewis RG LSU 59. Seattle Seahawks – Noah Igbonoghene CB Auburn 60. Baltimore Ravens – Troy Dye ILB Oregon 61. Tennessee Titans – Matthew Peart RT UConn 62. Green Bay Packers – Cole Kmet TE Notre Dame 63. Kansas City Chiefs (from SF) – Bryce Hall CB Virginia 64. Seattle Seahawks (from KC) – Donovan Peoples-Jones WR Michigan ROUND 3 65. Cincinnati Bengals – Nick Harris C Washington 66. Washington Redskins – KJ Hill WR Ohio State 67. Detroit Lions – Malik Harrison ILB Ohio State 68. New York Jets (from NYG) – Curtis Weaver EDGE Boise State 69. Carolina Panthers – Jalen Hurts QB Oklahoma Teddy is who they think may be the answer...but if he isn't....could you imagine Hurts CMC Moore Samuel on the same field together? 70. Miami Dolphins – Prince Tega-Wanogho LT Auburn 71. Los Angeles Chargers – Jalen Reager WR TCU 72. Arizona Cardinals – Josh Uche EDGE Michigan 73. Jacksonville Jaguars – Adam Trautman TE Dayton 74. Cleveland Browns – Ashtyn Davis S California 75. Indianapolis Colts – Matt Hennessy LG Temple 76. Tampa Bay Buccaneers – Isaiah Wilson RT Georgia 77. Cleveland Browns (from DEN) – Brandon Aiyuk WR Arizona State 78. Atlanta Falcons – Damon Arnette CB Ohio State 79. New York Jets – Cameron Dantzler CB Mississippi State 80. Las Vegas Raiders – Robert Hunt LG Louisiana 81. Las Vegas Raiders (from CHI) – Rashard Lawrence DT LSU 82. Dallas Cowboys – Chase Claypool WR Notre Dame 83. Denver Broncos (from PIT) – Jack Driscoll LT Auburn 84. Los Angeles Rams – Akeem Davis-Gaither ILB Appalachian State 85. Detroit Lions (from PHI) – Ben Bartch RT St. John 86. Buffalo Bills – Darnay Holmes CB UCLA 87. New England Patriots – Brycen Hopkins TE Purdue 88. New Orleans Saints – Devin Duvernay WR Texas 89. Las Vegas Raiders (from MIN) – Clyde Edwards-Helaire RB LSU A very nice compliment to Jacobs. Gruden loves to have a strong 1-2 punch at RB (Hearst/Wheatley, Alstott/Pittman, etc.) 90. Houston Texans – Solomon Kindley OG Georgia 91. Las Vegas Raiders (from SEA) – Terrell Burgess S Utah I am not 100% convinced that Abram will not be playing LB next year. 92. Baltimore Ravens – Jonah Jackson RG Ohio State 93. Tennessee Titans – Cam Akers RB Florida State Even if they extend Henry, he has yet to show that he can have consistency year to year. 94. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (from GB) – Jonathan Greenard EDGE Florida 95. Denver Broncos (from SF) – Netane Muti RG Fresno State 96. Kansas City Chiefs – Jordyn Brooks ILB Texas Tech 97. Cleveland Browns (from HOU) - Darrell Taylor EDGE Tennessee 98. New England Patriots – Anfernee Jennings OLB Alabama Prototypical Patriot linebacker. His Pro-Comp is Donta Hightower. 99. New York Giants – Saahdiq Charles RT LSU 100. New England Patriots – Eno Benjamin RB Arizona State They always take a RB in every draft because they hate paying them once their rookie deal is up. 101. Seattle Seahawks – Leki Fotu DT Utah 102. Pittsburgh Steelers – Shane Lemieux LG Oregon 103. Philadelphia Eagles – Jeremy Chinn S Southern Illinois 104. Los Angeles Rams – Davon Hamilton DT Ohio State 105. Minnesota Vikings – Troy Pride Jr. CB Notre Dame This is the steal of the draft. Count on it. 106. Baltimore Ravens – Jabari Zuniga EDGE Florida
BayRaider
Love the trade and 1st Round picks for the Raiders. In the 2nd Round I’d rather double dip at WR, give me Chase Claypool or Brandon Aiyuk. Or give me a guy to spell Jacobs like Cam Akers. Definitely pass on a guard in the 2nd.
Johnny Nix
Bengals will be going LB in the 1st 3 rounds. I would take Malik Harrison in round 3 in this situation.
indifference
Appreciate the effort. Bucs have Don Smith under contract for another year and with his contract still being accounted for we do not have room for Trent Williams contract. BA is in win now mode so I can see Swift at 30. EagleBlueDon
Love love the selections for Eagles but man there's no way we'd make that trade. Spending two first round picks on Jerry Jeudy? Not in this lifetime brother.
FalconFan13
You tricked me and i almost had to get ya a bit lol. I was gonna blast ya for passing on Kinlaw thats a BIG NO NO in my book and i like Chassion a bit but Kinlaw is a game changer and a top 10 guy to me. Possibly the best or 2nd best DT in this draft. Blalock i actually have as a 1st round DT as well and if we didn't redeem ourself with that pick in round 2 i would have argued with you for sure taking Kinlaw in the 1st. I still might a little bit as you just can't pass on Kinlaw he's too much of a fricken beast lol Still Chassion, Blaolock, and Arnette is a fantastic draft i can't wine about that it hit's our 3 biggest needs with great talent in each round at our pick. My backup plan would have been 1st - Kinlaw DT 2nd - Harrison - LB 3rd - Arnette - CB or 1st - Kinlaw- DT 2nd - Duggard- SS 3rd - Akeem - Gaither - LB 4th - CB and RB or Edge if Hightower is there. cattleman78
Browns run defense is bad We should stay at pick 10 and grab d.t. Derrick Brown. He is a top 6-7 player and great value at pick 10.
BowserBroncos
I'd be very happy with this draft for Denver.
Tetsujin
Miami doesn't have "so many holes" since our FA signings. Mostly QBotF, 2 OT, RB2 Edited March 25, 2020 by Tetsujin
The Gnat
Too many holes for the Vikings for me to want them to move up, that said, for Brown, I'd be really tempted to move up. If Jones can only be a RT, I don't see the Vikings drafting him. Brian O'Neill has done really well over there.
Danish49ers
49ers - Henry Ruggs III over any CB not named Okudah! They do already have a more than capable 1T tackle in DJ Jones, and Armstead will most likely slide into the 3T spot. I like the trade but would prefer Ruggs and Diggs. m haynes
Pats Tremendous job on the draft love the trades. I'll try not to bust balls here but this draft is horrible for the Pats. 20 hours ago, wcf1989 said: 23. New England Patriots – Jordan Love QB Utah State Lets start with the 23rd pick. 1st Pats have no 2nd round pick and they need to rebuild. You trade every pick in the draft but not the Patriots. When BB trades more than anyone in the draft. 2nd You draft a High School QB that every mock guru say is the next Mahomes. How many times are they right! Zero. The Pats like Stidham, he will be the starter. 3rd trade trade trade 1st and the 3 3rds. BB will goes out to get Cole Kmet TE Notre Dame. 20 hours ago, wcf1989 said: 87. New England Patriots – Brycen Hopkins TE Purdue No way, he a one trick (catch) pony and can't block a must for a Pats TE. Also Pats get Met earlier. 20 hours ago, wcf1989 said: 98. New England Patriots – Anfernee Jennings OLB Alabama A dog. Watch game tapes not highlights, he's lazy, product of the Tides defense. 20 hours ago, wcf1989 said: 100. New England Patriots – Eno Benjamin RB Arizona State Why on earth do you take a RB when you have Damion Harris and Sony. Where are your WRs for the Patriots. If you going to give Pats a RB why not the best two way player in the draft at 87. Clyde Edwards-Helaire RB LSU . This is based on your mock and what I would of done. 23rd ----Trade---- Get Cole Met TE ND and add additional picks 87th ----- Clyde Edwards-Helaire RB LSU . PS If they trade Tuney I would look at OL here as well. 98th ------- Davon Hamilton DT Ohio State 100th ----- KJ HILL WR Ohio state. Or the best Outside WR on the board.
