ny92mike Posted April 17, 2020 Share Posted April 17, 2020 Went in this mock with the number one issue being to get both Daniel Jones and Barkley a better offensive line. I feel like I did that with the first two Giant's picks in Thomas and Ruiz, some might argue that Thomas or Ruiz wouldn't have been first choice at their position but what drew me to these two was their run blocking ability and mobility at getting to the second level. I then put my focus on the defense, selecting a first round talent in Lewis with the acquired 2nd rounder. I put attention to getting this team some receiving threats for Daniel Jones, with all the injuries and the retirement of Rhett Ellison, Tight end was a priority and I think Harrison Bryant can do it all. John Hightower will likely see early play as a special teams return man. From there is was basically best available in my opinion.
