I would most definitely. As a story the plot was kinda all over the place. But it's a comedy, they all are, the performances though. No one could have done what Robin Williams did in that movie. People may laugh but I think that role was quintessential Robin Williams and was his best work.

Off the top of my head. It's been years since I've seen it. Sure there are funny parts, but one could argue the entire movie Napoleon Dynamite is quotable and memorable. One does not have to think hard to remember them like in O'Brother Where Art Thou. PS you need to pick your top five out of that massive list by the way, or else only the top five you listed will count. Jackass: The Movie is a good call, very hard to not find a ton of the stuff they do funny, even though a lot of it has massive homosexual tendencies. Clerks II is very good especially a few scenes, not sure if it was in this one or not but when that dude takes a real crap in a store toilet that is freaking great. Not to mention when he S his pants in the van before hand the first time they tried it if I remember. Forgetting Sarah Marshall is very solid as well and Jonah Hill is great in it as a side character, Semi-Pro has some very good moments also, very good one liners in that one of course. Step Brothers I agree is way up there, freaking classic 'loser' comedy with two awesome characters and consistent laughs throughout.
