1.) gamble on Mekhi Becton's upside

2.) gamble on Andrew Thomas' high floor

3.) CeeDee Lamb // Jerry Jeudy

Andrew Thomas - Top OT and top player still on the board that fits a position of major need

Mechi Becton - They really need an OT.  I like Becton, but not as much as Thomas

Jerry Jeudy - Top WR in the draft is still on the board and OBJ may not be a long term fit in Cleveland.

Rather have Trent Williams but for the sake of the poll, Becton. Played in the ZBS, and his combination of Athleticism, Length and physicality will be a huge asset in creating creases in the run game.

You would rather have Williams, who they’ll be lucky to have for 2 years, than a potential franchise LT? You must not like Thomas at all.
 

BPA is Thomas and it ain’t close. I’d be okay with Becton. He’s a bit of a boom/bust pick but his potential is ridiculous.

It's Becton or Thomas knowing what we do now. I'd put Becton over Thomas due to potential and scheme fit (movement skills) but Thomas would be a perfectly fine pick as well.

Lucky to have Williams for 2 years? LTs like him generally age fairly well...and he's still only 32. Definitely could expect 3-4+ years of above average and better LT play.

There's risks (although I think Washington isn't going to end up needing more than a mid round pick) but he's still going to be that teams LT for the next several years though. I'd imagine the team interested would be already talking/agreeing to that extension.
