Trojan
Derek Carr Year 3 of Gruden, new city and stadium with an offseason that doesnt feature hard knocks and Antonio Brown, then Darren Waller, Hunter Renfrow and Josh Jacobs take a step in development and the oline runs it back but is healthy and not suspended to start the year and you add a successful rookie WR from this class, and carry the Raiders to a wildcard berth throwing 70% completions and he is a candidate. He needs passing TDs in the mid thirties though. EDIT: Thread title is favorite which is Patrick Mahomes and Lamar Jackson though. Thread content is sleeper potential. DannyB
It will essentially be Mahomes vs. the field for the foreseeable future.

Same problem Brady had this year. Jimmy Graham led the NFL in yards of separation per target. Jimmy Graham. That’s not to suggest that Graham was a great tight end last year. It’s just indicative of Aaron’s problems and bad habits he’s developed. He doesn’t throw to anyone but Adams. Even if they’re open and he’s staring right at them. You as a Raiders fan think that’s hyperbole, but it’s not. Watch the final game of this past regular season. NFL Gamepass is free, so you have no excuse not to. It puts on full display just how bad Aaron Rodgers can be. If you think I’m making it up, look at Aaron’s 4 games this year WITHOUT Davante Adams, then look at the 4 games with him. Crazy how a QB with nobody to throw to has the best 4 game stretch since 2014 when he’s without “the only receiver he has.” Aaron's receivers would look a lot better if Aaron threw to Aaron's receivers. MikeT14
Easiest answers are Mahomes and Jackson. Longshot odds? Matt Ryan at +3300 ... Joe Burrow at +10,000??
HolmesPriest
Patrick Mahomes
Matts4313
Rayne Dakota Prescott. Lock it in. No bias. (Mahomes)
Illadelegend215
Man I wouldn’t be surprised if Lamar Jackson had another phenomenal year. His ability to read defenses has improved so much. Last year wasn’t a fluke.
