Randy Moss-Playing football with friends everyone was trying one handed catches and no one wanted to get mossed.

Ray Lewis-His leadership and energy were infectious

Tom Brady-Started watching him when I was 16 now I'm not 16 and have a 5 year son and Tom Brady is still an NFL QB

Bill Belichick-Greatest coach I've seen in my lifetime

That's definitely a killer list.
(Seriously though, I never heard anything bad like that about Junior Seau though.  Did I miss something?)

No I just think they all had a huge impact on the NFL and how football is viewed in general by society outside of the casual fan.

Reggie White
Brian Dawkins
Fletcher Cox
Trent Cole or Brian Westbrook or Shady. Hard to pick between them.

Edit: Thought this was our favorite teams mount rushmore.

My overall mount rushmore for players that made me a fan of the game in general (I was just a casual fan until I started playing Fantasy Football and Madden around 2002)

Brian Dawkins
Deuce McAllister
Dwight Freeney
Marvin Harrison
