It's nice to see that opinion being shared outside of this room. I don't think we could have gone wrong if we had kept our 2nd rounders but I also think that you've hit the nail on the head and made the right moves to push this team into Division contention with an eye on the playoffs. That's high praise, and very nice of you. I've said it before, and I really mean it: this was a group effort. A lot of those moves aren't possible if we weren't working together. If you click to other war rooms, it's one guy making picks based on what he wants, and others in strong disagreement of those picks. I've never thought that FFMD should be that way. I love trading around, sometimes to a fault. (We came away with both Eugene Monroe and Matthew Stafford during that FFMD, with Cushing for good measure.) With how much talent drops in an exercise like this, it's hard to argue with having more picks in rounds 2-4. Those darn shiny things pull me in. Hoping for a huge BPA pick with our next one. TL-TwoWinsAway
The Giants are looking for a depth possession WR and a veteran OG. We have Travis Fulgham and either Kenny Wiggins or Oday Aboushi that seem to fit that mold. Do we have an interest in any of the following players? 4 Digit Code Team Abbr. This has been the most civil FFMD in here I can remember. It used to be a battle within our own war room with people getting made we made a move they didnt vote for and quitting/complaining. I think we have done a good job of manuvering around and getting guys we want. Good work running the show TL.

Yeah, I really like how guys are willing to consider prospects that might not be their first choice, and that others may be interested in. It makes my job easy. I'd look at trading Fulgham for Bucannon. A former 1st rounder in exchange for a 5th rounder. I'm not sure if the Giants actually hold his rights though. Spotrac has him as a UFA this year. So yeah... that's a no go.

Well, the way I see it, we've got one sure starter (Bredeson) and a slew of depth players: Benzschawel, Garnett, Wiggins, Aboushi, Benenoch and Tucker. I sort of feel like Wiggins and Aboushi provide something similar, and that Garnett would likely enter camp competing with one of them for the vacant starting spot. I could just be entertaining nonsense due to boredom. I'm not entirely sure.

Gotcha. He was a $400,000 cap hit with the Giants last year. See if they'd give us a 6th + Bucannon for Fulgham.

But if we have to then draft or replace with a UDFA, then I'd say pass. This doesn't sound like the case though.

A straight swap I understand but dont think we could get anything with it.

He's younger and on a longer term contract. Plus.. you can't get what you don't ask for.

Would we use Bucannon as a hybrid safety? Certainly doesn't have the size that they want at LB. I guess we could try and trade either Fulgham or Wiggins/Aboushi for him. Our OGs would be Bredeson/Benzschawel on one side and Garnett/Wiggins (or Aboushi) on the other. We still have additional depth bodies at C/OG.
