KodiakThunder
I figured I'd make a topic here for a mock draft contest. I have no prizes to give away but figured it would be fun. Rules: 1. Only one entry per person. 2. Trades are allowed. 3. Have fun and let the best mockery win Scoring: 5 pts for guessing the right player at the right pick 3 pts for guessing the right player but at a wrong pick 1 pt for guessing the right position at the right pick but for the wrong player. Any other rules people think we need? Let me know.... Edited April 3, 2020 by KodiakThunder
SDotNova
Is this just for Jets picks (all 7 rounds)?

Like maybe at 3pm/et the day if the draft? And can’t change it after each pick.
KodiakThunder
Yes. I think that's certainly fair lol. You can change it all you want up untill then but you only get 1 entry It's for bragging rights
KodiakThunder
I'd also say there should be extra points for calling trades but I dont want to incentivize crazy trade mocks cause theoretically the more picks you make is the better the odds you hit. Therefore missed trades should have some sorta negative to deincentivize playing the odds
jetfuel34
I would be down for this.
Bobby816
I’ll update this as the draft gets closer but this far out... this is what I “think” will happen. Not what I “want” keep in mind. 1. Jedrick Wills (OT/Alabama) 2. Chase Claypool (WR/Notre Dame) 3. Jonathan Greenard (Edge/Florida) 3. Matt Hennessy (OL/Temple) 4. Van Jefferson (WR/Florida) 5. Devin Duvernay (WR/Texas) 6. James Morgan (QB/FIU) 6. Lamar Jackson (CB/Nebraska)

Trade pick 11 to Phi for pick 21, 53, and 2021 4th 1(21): Cesar Ruiz iOL 2(48): Brandon Aiyuk WR 2(53): Julian Okwara Edge 3(68): Michael Pittman Jr WR 3(79): Matthew Peart OT 4(120): Darrynton Evans RB 5(158): Colby Parkinson TE 6(191): Lamar Jackson CB 6(211): Rodrigo Blankenship K drooling. I think that big corner will be long gone .. late 3rd-5th. Blankenship should be great in the NFL and will get taken earlier, you know that. Someone always does it (cough...cough.... Mike Tannenbaum, Mike Nugent... ptui.) Connecticut Peart should become a really good LT. Hope JD takes him even if he gets an OT in rd 1. I have a feeling JD will throw a curve ball in the first and not go OT or WR as we all expect. I’m guessing he likes Ruiz. I have no inside info or anything close to that. Just my gut feeling.
