He is a bad guy who uses his own self interest to help Westen get rid of Concha. This happened in a very miniscule amount, but it did occur. So he is scum, locale baddie, or unlikley ally. Daboyle and counselor were alignment cops. With both of them alive, they were alignment compare. When daboyle died, counselor was just an alignment cop. they compared pickle and orca but couldn’t find orca n1. they compared Matts and mwil, with daboyle dying after visiting Matts. We were told they are not aligned. counselor copped pickle and found him to be local baddie aligned. I used one of my day arrests on mwil and the other on pickle. cousnelor copped malf and found him to be local baddie aligned and was killed that same night.
