I called him out for it almost immediately and then his tune changed. the only reason I doubt he is Carla is because pickle tried to use Carla as a fake claim. Swag even included it in pickles arrest write up as a joke. I don’t think Carla is in the game. evelyn was there for one episode, much like some of the other characters in the game but it was also Lucy Lawless.
