Glen
Someone you feel needs to either show you what they’ve got. Or needs to hit the road because you’re tired of hoping to see their potential pay off. Edited April 4, 2020 by Glen
Uncle Buck
Kirk Cousins - he played well last year but he needs to take the next step to being as good as his paycheck would indicate. Edited April 4, 2020 by Uncle Buck

What would the “next step” indicate? For all but 1-2 games last season Cousins seemingly did as best as anyone could have hoped for.
Nabbs4u
Since he has very little choice but to Go Up from his 2019 contributions or lack there of, WR JJ Arcega-Whiteside
BleedTheClock
Baker Mayfield. Or Larry Ogunjobi.
Uncle Buck
Just now, Glen said: What would the “next step” indicate? For all but 1-2 games last season Cousins seemingly did as best as anyone could have hoped for. He made a lot of plays, limited mistakes, and helped us win some games. It's hard to explain, but I would just like to see him "take charge" more and attack more, as opposed to being on the defensive and counter-punching. Put the pedal to the metal and make things happen. This is something that may be counter to what the coaches are telling him to do though. vikingsrule
Easily Mike Hughes for the Vikes. He was a first round pick buried behind Rhodes, Waynes and Alexander. They all left. Hughes should start this year finally, It’s time for him to prove he was worth a first round pick. Id also add Dalvin Cook. He was great the first half of the year but was pretty ineffective November through December. Injuries have derailed him every season, he’s got to stay healthy. EagleBlueDon
JJ Arcega-Whiteside for the Eagles. I think he takes a jump. Granted the bar couldn't get any lower. He's probably the guy I'm personally rooting for the most on our team.

JAF-N72EX
Can't think of any player that is necessarily boom or bust right now but I will say Nagy.
