I expect we'll see a restructure soon to push some money into future years to open up cap room in 2020. Yeah that what the numbers look like but there’s usually something reported that’s not totally accurate until a trade like this happens. Just gonna wait a couple days until things are finalized but yeah a Goff or AD restructure are coming.
Forge
Brandin Cooks on his way to being Jimmy Jackson of the NFL. But with actual amazing trade value every time.
BroncoBruin
Might be time for the same members of that front office to stage a coup. Edited April 9, 2020 by BroncoBruin
Ray Reed
If the Rams eat nothing in future years that’s a win for Les Snead. IMO he’s been pretty bad monetarily/using his draft picks but i guess there’s always BoB to bail him out lol no worries

ILoveTheVikings
Ok so... Hopkins + 2020 4th round pick for David Johnson + 2020 2nd pick + 2021 4th round pick Then: Cooks + 2022 4th round pick For 2020 2nd round pick ???? Basically, if you "net" the added and subtracted picks, they traded Hopkins for Johnson, Cook and a 4th. ?????

BayRaider
Maybe BoB’s an evil genius and they are trying to build a speedy offense like the Chiefs, and David Johnson also returns to dominant form. They get a #1 Corner at Pick 40. They have a Top 3 Offense and make the AFC Championship. Just trying to give Texan fans hope in this dark BoB Era. You never know right? We’ll see soon enough.
jch1911
IF Bo'ob had acquired an awesome pass rusher, I could understand... but Cooks at his salary (but you couldn't pay Nuk) in a deep WR draft is asinine Edit: NVM Rams eating a big chunk of that According to Spotrac, 2020: $8M 2021: $12M 2022: $13M 2023: $14M Still would rather have Nuk Edited April 9, 2020 by jch1911

We paid his roster bonus already, and the other money comes from prorated bonuses we paid in the past. I don't see a way around it.

Expect most of those to be gone by 40, including Okwara. Perhaps Terrell Lewis is his thing, but kind of a reach. 40 is not a good spot to need an Edge Rusher.
