pnies20
What i think i know: -The Browns top choice for tackle is Thomas. He’s the best option at LT. He will be gone. This leaves the Browns with Wills and Wirfs as legitimate options at 10. -The Browns have 3 options to trade down. They will opt to trade out of 10 because they like Josh Jones + the icing on the cake of getting extra picks will be too tempting. -Browns will pick josh Jones at either 15, 16 or 22. -Browns will take the best available DT at the top of the second. They are very thin and there may be several solid DT available in the early 40s (Blacklock, Madubuike) -Browns will take an EDGE, Sand a LB before round 4. S probably first. I think Chinn’s workout numbers will make the nerds excited -They are happy with Teller and Forbes at G. 22. Josh Jones 42. Madubuike/Blacklock 54. Jeremy Chinn 3. Logan Wilson 3. Alton Robinson NOT WHAT I WANT but what I can see happening. I think it’s a foregone conclusion we’re trading down at this point. 😭 Edited April 21, 2020 by pnies20

Age is a factor with the analytics bros and I’d imagine Jackson (who is 2 years younger) would be preferable. 35 minutes ago, pnies20 said: -Browns will take the best available DT at the top of the second. I like Larry and Sheldon as starters and Billings is a decent reserve. Pair them with the fact that our 4 top ends can kick inside on passing downs and I’m not too concerned personally. 35 minutes ago, pnies20 said: -Browns will take an EDGE and a LB before round 4. An edge and Lb in this draft days 1 and 2 would likely be disappointing unless some guys slip based on projections. 35 minutes ago, pnies20 said: -They are happy with Teller and Forbes at G. Agreed. Rod Johnson
I think the Bengals are going to take Chase Young #1 overall. It just seems like a Bengals thing to do (and also perhaps the right thing to do).

Bengals go with a big-time curve ball at pick #1, a player they attempt to market both as the "Shaquille O'Neil of offensive tackles" and as a 10 year bookend along with Jonah Williams: Mekhi Becton, OT, Louisville. 2. Trade down - some team gets Burrow Yada yada 10.
