It's just one move after another. This combined with Fournette rumors and the Yan stuff on twitter. It's a dumpster fire and they're pinning their hopes on landing Trevor Lawrence....before the 2020 draft even commences lol Not sure we seen something so blatant before. They got rid of overpriced vets and LF is a non efficient RB who apparently has been an issue in the locker room who has been shopped dating back to last trade deadline.
Danger
This is the kind of signing the Eagles would make to excuse the fact that they're going to draft a mediocre lineman in the first.

I bash on the Jaguars as much as anybody. But that's not what's happening here. A ton of players are extremely upset with management, and the team is moving on from them. That's it. The staff--full of guys who are on their last shot to stay here before they are fired--are not just up and deciding that they're going to tank so they can get themselves fired and give their former team a sure-fire QB. And if you think this is even as obvious of a tank as the Dolphins this past season? Oh boy.

Trentwannabe
Was this to clear up space for Yan? In all seriousness, as a Chark owner in my one dynasty leagues, I am happy with the idea of more touches.

Both teams in the same division, one team is constantly picking in the top 5 and occasionally top 10, the other is racking up playoff appearances and division titles. Not really a competition.

You think Caldwell/Marrone survive a season that nets them the #1 pick?
soflbillsfan
This one is a bloated contract with injury issues... Fournette is a headache, missing meetings, coming late to meetings, sleeping during meetings, the lack of effort is not there and they want to get rid of him at any cost. Yan is a different story he is a young guy with production, they tried to lock him in at a lower rate, Coughlin made the decision to hold off on it and not get him locked in which left a sour taste in his mouth and hes ready to move on. Paying someone 100+ mil the guy has to be committed to the team whether they are a 2 win or 10 win team and Yan feels disrespected so he wants out. They just have to find out what his worth is which no one is calling up. My only issue with the organization is why keep Marrone and Caldwell around? They have proven 1 winning season in the last 8 years so why is this tandem still here to mess up another offseason. This is my issue with the Owner, is trusting that these guys can turn it around. Had a new regime came in this wouldnt be a discussion it would be a typical offseason for a new regime, gut the players that have bloated contracts and those who arent committed to being here long term and bring in your own guys.
