Phire
Night and day from last year. I think he got a feel for the role.
Danger
Good, he's not just being a figure head who is a poor play caller anymore.

Scalamania
After that dime Foles threw in garbage time if Doug and Co. don't name him the starter and bench Wentz we should definitely start looking for a new head coach.

Phire
I'm not sure I've ever seen a coach simply get better at play calling over night. He was so contrite after the Kansas City game and he did what every other coach I've ever seen wouldn't do: admit his mistakes publicly and actually make a change. Carson threw the ball over 600 times last year and people were standing outside the Novacare Complex earlier this year with signs directing Doug to run the ball. Since then we've seen a new commitment to the run game and we've evidently ditched some of the behind the line of scrimmage plays like the WR bubble screens. He seems to have figured out that getting yards on first downs is actually important. All things Doug deserves tremendous credit for.
Danger
Doug started improving his playcalling after the New York 4th and 8 mess.

I didn't like that he went for that, but typically I love that he will go for it on 4th downs. https://www.nytimes.com/2014/09/05/upshot/4th-down-when-to-go-for-it-and-why.html?_r=
Danger
4th and 8 from midfield is too much risk for not enough reward.
