The 49ers have two firsts, so if they see someone they like at 29, the Titans could just scoot back a little and pick up a fourth or so. If they move all the way out, there's the Lions, who are looking at QBs on Day 2 and will pick up capital if they trade down from 3 to 5 so the Dolphins can land Tua.
