Andrei01
I have no idea who the kid is, but makes sense from a position standpoint. Hope it works out. Absolutely clueless about what's going on behind Vrabel, but that looked weird as hell.

quiller
Well it’s a pick that will take years to decide if it’s a mistake

Yeah, it’s a super easy move to understand. Draft the giant talent that is super raw while you have a cheap, reasonably competent stopgap RT on the roster. lovetitans
Dont know much about him but I'm okay with it. Can play guard and be our swing tackle to start.

Hopefully 22 will be running behind him for awhile.

That and Kelly has proven to be a great investment as a swing tackle over the past few years.
TitanTuff
I remember the Simmons picks was a bit of a head scratcher too.

After a year actually, if they want. Salary goes from 1.5 to 4.5. They can save 2M in cap room if they cut him next year

Not so much..It was a surprise but not a head scratcher. He was a super talented player that got hurt training. Wilson is a by all accounts a raw OL prospect, when we just signed Kelly and drafted Davis in the 3rd. And also by most accounts not the best player on the board. With Conklin's departure we needed a long term replacement and Wilson was the best option according to our war room.
