My ideal scenario (with no trade downs): Ashtyn Davis, RB, DT/OL

I suspect we might trade back again today.

Agreed with your positions...

My Safety Tiers are

1. Winfield Jr. and McKinney

2. Delpit, A. Davis and Chinn

I'm OK with Davis, but not if McKinney and Winfield ( my highest rated Safety ) are still available.

I take Davis over McKinney, but I'm 100% with you on Winfield.  My big board is Josh Jones and then Winfield.  That defensive backfield would be insane if Winfield was added.

Miami had 14 picks coming in.  Adding a 15th last night.

Ill pose this question...

Would you draft Fromm or Hurts in the 3rd?  A little insurance....

I wouldnt use #70 but if I could move back into the 3rd with a 4th and 6th i might do it.

I would definitely make that move for Hurts.  I would try to move Rosen for a 3rd or even a 2021 3rd and then make moves to go after Hurts....We will run a lot of RPO's under Gailey and that's the kind of Offense that Hurts can be dangerous in.  I see no wrong in double dipping on QB's if we feel they fit the system and the salary cap.

If Rosen is dealt, I have zero issues with taking a QB in the 5th.  But definitely not in the 3rd, and definitely not if Rosen is still on the roster.

Some buzz on Round 2:
— Among the players the #Bengals like at No. 33 are Ross Blocklock & Denzel Mims.
#Colts (34) & #Dolphins (39) open to moving out.
#Saints (CB? LB?), #Jets (CB?), #Jaguars (OT?), #Falcons among the teams who have made calls to move up.

If we move back, we better be getting 2nd rounders in 2021.  Gathering more picks in 2020 would be insane.

Hearing the reason 49ers traded up for Aiuk was because both the Packers and Dolphins wanted him in late 1st.  Interesting.

I'm surprised to hear we are interested in moving back.  We still have a TON of picks, I would think we would be more interested in packaging some of those late round picks to move up in the 3rd and 4th rounds where we are more likely to find roster upgrades.

I'm suggesting if we move Rosen for a 3rd or even a 4th then I would be interested in using a 3rd round pick on the right QB, in this case Jalen Hurts.  He would be solid insurance at the position with Fitz's age and Tua's boo boo's.  Having a plethora of good QB's on the roster is a nice problem to have.

In this scenario the reward drastically outweighs the risk.
