Dallas 1st RD pick CEEDEE LAMB!

resilient part 2

Recommended Posts

It's third and 2 - Dallas sends the following out:

CeeDee ----- Cooper ----- OL ----------------------Gallup

                              Zeke - Dak - Pollard

How do you defend that?

Now...once you are in your defense, Pollard motions out next to Gallup. Now what do you do?

Is Dallas Passing? Is Zeke Running? Is it a Dak Keeper?

LOLOL

It would be just as effective not having Pollard motion out because it forces the LB to freeze on BOTH RBs rather than just one. It opens up so many options; zone read option (QB keeper or handoff to one RB); zone read but a wheel route pass to the other RB; screen pass to a RB; WR bubble screen with one RB coming up to block the Safety; and whatever WR formation you can think of. There can be DOZENS of plays out of that formation.

I would love to have some more designed Dak runs. Dare teams to spy him.

We have an offense that can truly stress defenses. Get to work MM & KM.

What is a realistic expectation for CD Lamb numbers. With no ota’s or rookie camp it’s gonna tough for him to pick the offense like normally. Not sure if CD is a smart player who can pick up an offense pretty quickly. I’m gonna say 700-800 yds and 4 tds.

Those numbers are fine. Maybe up to 200 more yards and 2 more TDs. But what he brings to the offense is more than just his stats.
