MacReady
This means we are NOT giving Jones a second contract, and that's good. Hopefully we trade at least one of Williams/Jones before this draft is over to get another pick.
ChaRisMa
It’s like we’re taking care of all of our 2021 needs. This is the J. Williams replacement. Is he related to Corey Dillon?
snackattack
Understood the first pick. Not so much this one. I like dillion, think hes a beast, but dont feel good about him as our second round pick

Gopackgonerd
This is more surprising than the Love pick, I'm so ******* confused. I guess LaFleur really really really wants to run the ball huh? I know Jones is probably gone next year, but damn why not later? So I don’t get it I'm thinking that they are adjusting to a power back to compete with the 49ers defense. The 49ers have a hard time with playing defense against powerful running backs. Boondoggle
So we'll be transitioning from Jones/J.Williams to D.Williams/Dillon. Or have they soured on D.Williams. Guessing Jones/Dillon are not comparable?
SSG
Don't understand this pick. Looks like a draft of a team that's in a full blown, start from scratch rebuild. We've drafted the replacement for 2 of our 3 best skill position players last year. This draft has the looks of a team that's in full blown, start from scratch rebuild. Not only have we not made 1 single improvement from last year but we're substantially worse on both sides of the ball.
