In the fifth round. Seems more like a Zolton Mesko pick than a Jake Bailey. I highly doubt it will be much of a distraction

Deadpulse
General warning for all visitors, any talk outside of his kicking ability will be met with an official warning. Anything further will result in discipline. Things are already spiraling in other cross team subs and I will not have it here.
Elky
This is a nonissue. If the tattoos were THAT distracting he wouldn't have been on the program. Here's to hoping for another decade of elite kicking. Edited April 25, 2020 by Elky

This kid from Marshall fits the bill. Blankenship's been limited by the SEC in the environments he's played in.

I suppose that's true, his FG% is strong from his senior season and he has made some big high stakes kicks (as high stakes as it gets for Marshall)
malak1
He’ll probably be pretty good. I hope his first miss is far-left for lolz.

DoleINGout
I can pretend to like the pick more if I believe this story to be true. So I am back on board with thinking the pick was just another reach but the player is okay.

(life choices notwithstanding) Because he’s a kicker and he’s not worth the media headache. Put the actual issue aside and just on implications to the team. Kraft is going to get very sick of having this mentioned anytime he has a big kick or whatever. Fans are going to get sick of the obligatory tweets and ESPN segments. Just nobody really wants to have that battle over kicker.
