He’s depth and we basically got him for free due to the trade down with Indy.

He’s depth for now, but from my “research” there’s a lot to like long term imo.

Get him working with the nutritionist and strength team for a year or two and LFG.

smallish but that doesnt matter in the ZBS

Yeah not ecstatic about that. Should gain about 5-10 pounds based on what I can see. 6’1 at about 315 will be about what he needs to be to be able to anchor but not give up the reason they picked him, his athleticism and fit as a zone blocker.

Not really small, just short.  Needs to change his body composition a bit, but had the skills required for the scheme.

Scheme isn’t unimportant.  As good as Tyler B (not gonna try to spell it) was, he’s heavy footed.  For teams running a different scheme he’s a better prospect, but for what Stefanski wants to do, Harris is the better prospect imo.

small includes height does it not? 6''1"and under 300 pounds is small.

Anyway, great pick up considering our scheme.

You need to work on your NFL Draft "talking head" translator.

Tyler Biadasz was a "grinder". He's a real Wisconsin "Meat and Potatoes" guy who brings his hard hat and lunchbox to work every day. He's a mauler in the run game, and if you can sand off some of those rough edges and realize that laterally, he's not special, then you got a steal.

P.S.

You're definitely right that Harris is a better scheme fit, at least right away in a ZBS.

Alright, lemme give it a go...

He’s a heavy footed interior guy who’s not an easy mover.  Doesn’t carry his weight well and isn’t a “first guy off the bus” type.  Real rocker eater though, a tough guy who sets the tone, first guy in and last guy out, but with his poor hip dynamics and less than ideal shin to torso ratio isn’t a great fit for a zbs team.

I give it a B+

Use "built in leverage" instead of "doesn't carry his weight well" and you have an A.
