Tommy Stevens 7th round pick

Recommended Posts

Posted (edited)

Looks like we just drafted Tommy Stevens sounds like he's very much a Taysom Hill like prospect. Tommy recently ran a 4.49 40 at 6'5" 249lbs. Sounds like injuries plagued much of his college career, but had a bit of a gadget role passing, running, and receiving.

Highlights from both his schools:

What did the Saints give up to move to 240? Texans had the pick, right?

This is what I read on NOLA.
Of course, the Saints don't really value later round picks anyway, so it was a decent move. Sure surprised me when I read it this morning. I had turned the draft off and went outside for a fire, a cigar, and a few drinks. So I think I really won the draft B|
