Chili
Naturally i'm hoping we will bring in some WRs. Omar BaylissKirk Merritt - I want him cos he has been a highly productive receiver in college and is a speed freak.Ja'Marcus Bradley Josh Pearson We don't necessarily need some RBs but there are some that stands out: Scottie Philips Rico Dowdle James Robinson JJ Taylor Adrian Killins Xavier Jones

Leader
Bill Huber - According to the NFLPA, the Packers have 66 players on the roster. They drafted nine players to make it 75. They can add up to 15 undrafted free agents. Usually, they'd go light to sign a tryout guy or two. No rookie camp so no tryouts so might just add the 15. JQ1
On the film clip I watched, Tipa is also wearing #10...like his QB teammate. Edited April 25, 2020 by JQ1

College rosters have unlimited size so you can get double numbers.

I’m presuming the duplicates must play on opposite sides of the ball?

I think you're just not allowed to have two players with the same number on the field at the same time. So generally "deep reserves" or "different sides of the ball." Occasionally you get a ref calling a penalty on a player who's not even in the game because there was a penalty committed on special teams by a reserve who shares a number with the player who was falsely accused of the penalty.
