If I recall when the showed it it was right after he got sacked by Dunlap I think Arod tried to move out to the left and got dragged down. To be honestI thought he was yelling at the ref at first as I thought Arod felt there was a penalty that should have been called or not called. Ref's make calls MM calls in plays. If he was mad at MM wouldn't he be saying that was a stupid F'ng play not call? Semantics i know but like i said thought he was at the ref about it.

from what I recall, it's him complaining about the grounding.
