THE DUKE
This isn't a mock draft I came up with based on anything, I just noticed that ProFootballNetworks mock draft machine already has all the 2021 draft eligble players loaded, so I let it sim the first round. It made the draft order based on the Vegas Odds for the 2020 season as of 4/25. For those who want to make their own drafts, this is a nice tool, as long as no one argues the draft order, which is unknowable really. https://www.profootballnetwork.com/mockdraft/ 1. Trevor Lawrence QB Clemson 2. Penei Sewell OT Oregon 3. Justin Fields QB Ohio State 4. Patrick Surtain II CB Alabama 5. Gregory Rousseau EDGE Miami 6. Shaun Wade CB Ohio State 7. Micah Parsons LB Penn State 8. Ja'Marr Chase WR LSU 9. Dylan Moses LB Alabama 10. Xavier Thomas EDGE Clemson 11. Rondale Moore WR Purdue 12. Jaylen Waddle WR Alabama 13. Marvin Wilson DT Florida State 14. Caden Sterns S Texas 15. Rashod Bateman WR Minnesota 16. Devonta Smith WR Alabama 17. Hamilcar Rashed Jr. EDGE Oregon State 18. Alex Leatherwood OT Alabama 19. Carlos Basham EDGE Wake Forest 20. Travis Etienne RB Clemson 21. Jay Tufele DT USC 22. Brevin Jordan TE Miami 23. Chuba Hubbard RB Oklahoma State 24. Creed Humphrey OC Oklahoma 25. Trey Lance QB North Dakota State 26. Andre Cisco S Syracuse 27. Pat Freiermuth TE Penn State 28. Liam Eichenberg OT Notre Dame 29. Tammarrion Terry WR Florida State 30. Justyn Ross WR Clemson 31. The Gnat
I'd be surprised with OT in round one with Ezra Cleveland in round 2 this year. We have Brian O'Neill who has been very good. I think we'll see DL either DT or DE for the Vikings with how it's shook out here.
Danish49ers
WR would really surprise me - but stranger things have happened! Justyn Ross would be my preferred WR here. CB Paulson Adebo should also be considered.
BroncoSojia
What the Broncos clearly need is another WR.
bigdog2372
I'm very ok with getting a solid #1 running back now that our line should be stabilized. DL and edge should also be a need come next season. We also may consider Brady's replacement.
Ozzy
It actually takes work to get names put together for one of these. What is this bull****? Clicked on it and did a 7 round a random draft and Asante Samuel Jr was the last pick in the 7th round? What the hell? It is just throwing names out there based on what exactly? High school recruiting rankings? Trey Lance a 1st round pick ater one promising RS FR season at North Dakota State? That is a little much. These are awful and too easy, fun for fans but not based in reality really. And makes anyone actually doing the work, well it seems pointless then if this crap is out there. JetsandI
Jets would hold 6th? Not Cool! Shaun Wade is a fine pick but I think Jets should take Carlos Basham Jr there. Well, basically, today all prospects are good for Jets. lol.
FalconFan13
Hmm with the pick of Davidson this year in the 2nd round plus signing Tyeler Davison to 2 or 3 years this offseason i would be surprised at a Dt in the 1st round with Grady already locked up. Not against it i love having more talented D-lineman but i would probably say a Edge Rusher, LB, or Safety would be where we looked. My choice there i think would be Caden Stearns i quite like him and it would help our secondary and out CB's tremendously.
JaguarCrazy2832
Tank for Trevor!!
Tetsujin
Rousseau could be a great pic. I might take Parsons as a surer thing. I think Friermuth could be atop 16 selection. I'd love to get him. A top RT prospect would be nice to finish off the OL build.
LinderFournette
lawrence sure if were picking at 1. however i do not see the jags taking another edge in round 1 after picking Josh Allen and Chaisson the last 2 drafts. i would say u could LT(cam robinson is garbage as a pass blocker and a FA to be), TE(oliver has Potential and eifert is eifert), and maybe WR(outside chark and Laviska i think they are fas or wrs 4s tbh. i would throw G/C into mix tho im not sure where Bartch will be playing yet (they have said they will be trying him out at tackle and guard and if he takes over RG it should be good but we could be looking for a LG or C if we move on from Norwell and linder. im not picking anything for defense until we know the scheme as the jags announced CHaisson as an OLB and Davon Hamilton as a NT. weve heard that we will be mixing some 3-4 but until u see how it works im not gonna venture on it. Tetsujin
If the Jags could get TLaw and maybe a Leatherwood, that'd be a dream scenario.
INbengalfan
Perfect Bengals pick in that slot. Man, of we are that bad, I'd hope for the #1 pick then sit back waiting for the offers.
