Saying things like that are how we trade 17 and Carr to Washington in exchange for Ryan Fitzpatrick and a free set of tickets on the MARC lol You mean when Carr was playing some of the worst football of his life? And I never ever said trade for Fitz, I said sign him as a gatekeeper IF we drafted some rookie. Fitz has always been vastly underrated in this league and is a perfect fit in Grudens system. Still not sold on Carr, but I respect the season he had. He still hasn’t earned an extension, hence why he hasn’t received one. This will be the year where they decide if he’s worth one or not. Would rather not turn this into a Carr thread though. Don’t know why I ticked you off somehow, we are literally just joking around, and Gruden has a tendency to make some horrible draft decisions. agarcia34
Both Jefferson and Thomas got a little over 2 million in guarantees. I don’t think you can put much into in the money seeing how it’s so little. I say Jefferson because of his familiarity with the scheme and I would put Irving behind him. Think his role is gonna be a lot bigger then most people think. Think Thomas can earn playing time but he is coming off a injury and playing inside now. Just don’t think you can expect him to come in and kick *** from day 1. I think he has a chance to play a big role as the season goes on and he gets more comfortable. All good man, your one of my favorites as well, let’s just hope for a good draft for once. Don’t think we’ve had one of those since 2014. Cheers. Doesn't really have a high ceiling but should be solid. I think they signed Thomas for his ceiling, they hoping he might shine in a different system. He is a risk, but worth a shot given how weak the UT option in free agency. Thomas is the wild card

By Position: RB's: Safety's: IOL: IDL: TE's: QB's: CB's: EDGE's: OT's: WR's: LB's: Notes: - LB's: Love Parsons. I like Owusu-Koramoah but concerned about his weight, and think that type of LB usually doesn't provide great value in the 1st. However, I still like him, and despite previous comment, I do think JOK is a more rare breed and that he does belong in the 1st, and would be a great fit in Bradley's system. I'm lower on Collins than most, but still would love to have him as a starting LB. He just seems boom or bust to me, went to a small school, and faced bad competition. Just seems like one of those small school freak athletes who usually have super high bust rates. As for Nick Bolton, he may not be as athletic as these freaks in the draft like Parsons, JOK, Davis, and Collins but he just has "it". He's absolutely ruthless, never makes mistakes, diagnoses perfectly, complete dog, great run defender, great gap shooter, and good enough speed. - EDGE's: I have Oweh, Paye, and Ojulari all pretty close. Oweh gets hated on for no sacks but the guy is the freak of the draft, and I really love what I see on tape. Paye is another guy I really like as well that could develop into something nasty. This EDGE class is all about potential, that's what you should be looking at. I have Philips in the 2nd because he's the scariest prospect in the entire draft. Major, major risk factor. As for his teammate Gregory Rousseau, I like him a lot as a 3-4 EDGE. 4-3 teams like the Raiders should stay far away though. - WR's: Another loaded, and I mean loaded WR class. About the only thing I agree with Chris Simms on is that Dyami Brown is our WR3. He's gonna be a baller IMO. One word describes Dyami Brown: DOMINANT. Not as big on Waddle as others are... but I still really like. Just don't understand the Top 10 hype... Devonta Smith is definitely the better prospect and the weight doesn't concern me like it does on a Linebacker. - OT's: Love Sewell as a Franchise LT. Love Darrisaw as a Franchise RT. Slater can be a Top Tier Center or a Mid-Tier RT. Same with Eichenberg, Top Tier G or Mid-Tier RT. Jenkins I'm obviously not as high on as some Raider fans, I think he's a guard at the next level. Cosmi will be a solid Mid-Tier RT and a day one starter. I like Walker Little a lot as well, although the injury history is definitely something to consider. - Safety's: Many don't think there's much of a gap from Moehrig and Grant/Holland. I do think there's quite a noticeable gap. When I watch Moehrig I see the playmaking cover FS that I've always wanted. And he's not afraid to get involved in the physical side of things as well. He's also much better at pure coverage than Andre Cisco, and much more consistent/refined skills. As for Holland, not even sure he'll be a full time safety, I see a lot of Nickelback during his career, and bit of a do-it-all kind of guy. - CB's: Love Farley. Have said he's a Top 10 player in this draft since December. However, his injury is definitely worrisome. I think Surtain is also a solid prospect, but definitely behind Farley. We need long-speed in our division and Farley is likely a low 4.4 guy while Surtain is likely a mid 4.5 guy (don't care about Pro Day 40's). Horn on the other hand, is 100% boom or bust and he scares me. He has a lot of similarities to Jeff Gladney last year in which he likes to get grabby... not gonna work in the NFL. I like Eric Stokes, Tyson Campbell, and Greg Newsome II in the 2nd Round quite a bit. I know many on here like Newsome as a 1st Rounder but I just don't see it. great read. I really like James Hudson in the 3rd

Humble_Beast
Starting to think WR might be a pick in the 3rd or 4th round. It's a really good class, and JB, Snead, Zay Jones probably gone after this year. Edwards hasn't proved much, another mid round WR could push our WRs to get better. WR: J Palmer, R Moore, D Brown, T Terry, D Eskridge, A Schwartz
BayRaider
I'm trying to figure out Mayocks reach pick this year and figured I'd look at Alabama and Clemson's prospects. If we pick Alex Leatherwood in the 1st... holy s***, would make the Arnette pick look good last year.

I remember there was a ton of buzz around him a year ago saying he likely is a 1st rounder this draft.
