In the way too early segment. What do you folks think our biggest needs going into the season is - knowing full well that will drastically change - and who would you look out for.

I think early on in order is how I would rank our needs:

  1. S - Playmaker
  2. NT - Backup to groom for a starting job.
  3. TE - Is Jawin enough?

At TE, I would love for us to look at Kyle Pitts out of Florida.

The Hurricanes may finally be coming back around. Has been a long time since they've had multiple 1st rd prospects. DEs Rousseau and Roche are both outstanding. Things will likely have to go very badly for Dallas to sniff Rousseau. He has the makings of a big time stud. Roche may be more 3-4 OLB, but he also has the frame to add 20lbs. He too would be a great option.

Brevin Jordan is undersized for a TE at 6-3 / 235, but is a solid as both a receiver and blocker.

Since we will be picking 32nd in next years draft how about we trade 32 and our 2nd and 2022 2nd to move up to get Rousseau. We should have 3 3rd round picks next year right?

Only two 3rd rders. Our original and then the comp pick for Byron Jones. Pretty sure Quinn is only going to return a 4th rd.

Until proven otherwise, DE should be high up as well. And given the way that McCarthy runs his offense, TE won’t be a high priority because he doesn’t typically utilize them much. So, I think Jarwin will be the #1, and we’d likely use a mid or late round pick on one.

If we have a shot at Trevor Lawrence, I think it’s assumed we’d all want him. Well, all of us except for @Matts4313, who just hangs on the jock of our current one.

T-Law is dreeeeaammmmmyyyy.

I'm still team dline. Early often and annually
