The offense has a lot of talent , many qbs could succeed with this group

Rtnldave
You know, when Jimmy Johnson was our HC, one of the things I loved about having him was that he NEVER let an opportunity that could help our team go by without at least kicking the tires. More often then not, signing them: Charles Haley Bernie Kosar Tony Casillias Steve (QB, can't remember last name) DB, signed in 1992/93 season an intercepted Jim Kelly in the end zone. (Can't remember his name either) damn I'm getting old. Point is, every name mentioned was a solid acquisition and paid dividens. What's more, they were all no-brainer signings. I'm starting to get the impression, McCarthy is of that ilk. This makes me very happy. 😀 Steve Buerlin QB, Thomas Everett CB, I cheated, I looked them up. If we can come away this off-season with Griffen or Clowney I'd be stoked.

Johnny Nix
I think you guys will quickly see that the drop off from Dak to Andy isn’t that much. So if that remains true, is Dak really worth all that much money? I’d let Dak go and look to draft a QB and continue building the rest of the roster. I think these mega QB contracts should be reserved for the best of the best. To me Dak is a good QB, but not a superstar. It would be a mistake to sign him to a big deal. Fair enough. We will see if you maintain that stance at the end of the year.

I’ll let you know if my stance changes on the flatness of the Earth as well. I’m anticipating some pretty compelling evidence for both any day now! He’s worth about as much as Wentz or Goff somewhere in that range. 40 million talk is a bit ridiculous if that’s what he wants. Only ‘Mahomes deserves that kind of money.
