Refs are trash, Cutler is trash, our OL is trash.

The defense doesn't; get enough credit. They don't deserve the awful offense we've seen the last two weeks. Gase needs to figure it out or be shown the door. We should've just rolled with Matt Moore, at least he was able to muster a dink and dunk offense.

I don't think our Offensive woes are all Cutlers fault, but it's time to show Cutler the bench and see if Matt Moore can get an offensive spark going.

Defense hasn't been amazing but they are playing well enough that we should at least be competitive on Offense.

Gase's play calling has been awkward to say the least, but I still don't get all the hate on Gase.  We aren't looking great, but we were 0-4 this time last year.

Man this offense is junk. It starts with the O-line that all true Dolphins fans now is bad and has been for years.  The play calling comes next I see a lot of 3rd and shorts that go nowhere. No yards after the catch, receivers are being tackled as soon as they make a catch, the run game is non existent  (see the O-line) lack of scoring is also a big issue that compounds all the above.

Miami is still in this thing but they better get the scoring problem figured out quickly'

No complaints about the defense here them guys are playing their guts out with no help at all from the offense, they due need to start creating some turnovers that part has been non-existent so far this season.

This is all on Gase and his poor overall decision making. The whole "Cutler knows the offense" charade was/is a joke. That falls squarely on Gase for coaxing his boy out of retirement. Moore also has nothing to offer either. The best QB available when Tannehill went down was Kaepernick. You're a coach, a teacher, a supposed offensive guru, build the offensive around the best talent that is accessible. Instead Gase went with the IDGAF option and wasted $10M in the process.

Burke has no business being an NFL DC. This wide 9 defensive scheme is a joke. It's constantly exposed by putting having the DE's attack downhill on every snap. Not only does it most often have the DE's running the hoop and ending up behind the QB (worst place for edge rushers to be b/c it allows the passer to simply step up in the pocket), but the creases it creates on the edges are also being taking advantage of. Saints did it numerous times today as they allowed the edge pressure to over-penetrate and then handed it off on a delay thru the widened B gaps or using counters and cutbacks.

This team has a long long way to go. Personally, I don't think it happens w/ this coaching staff or FO.

Don't really understand criticism of the defense in the last two weeks at all. They've been dominant early and folded late in games when morale was clearly dwindling and players were getting tired. Holding the Saints to 20 points is pretty impressive regardless of circumstances... With how inept the offense has been in the last two games, I would've expected teams to put up 35+ on us easily. But the defense instead kept us in the game until late in the 3rd quarter because we couldn't score a single point.

No one is saying the Wide-Nine scheme doesn't have it's weaknesses that were taken advantage of, but it's strengths also kept Drew Brees from passing all over us early on in the game. We definitely need better Linebacker depth to be able to pull it off long-term though.

Defense isn't the problem.

1) Playcalling. Gase, what are you doing? A fade to the ghost of Julius Thomas, who apparently can't catch or compete with a 5'10" DB in addition to not being able to run block? All these screens? Stubbornly sticking with outside zone when it hasn't been working all day?

2) Cutler. Did he bribe the doctor who performed his physical? What's with the ducks? Constant happy feet, terrible accuracy, bad decision making.

3) Why is Julius Thomas still playing 75% of snaps? MarQueis Gray only getting 3 snaps? C'mon. Put in Fasano and Gray. Thomas isn't getting it done.

On the plus side: Tankersley performed well in his NFL debut.
