His arm is probably diminished and he's going to have to learn how to play a different way to maximize what he has left in the tank. It's really going to be on Rivers to make the mental adjustments. I think he's well positioned to do just that being with Reich in Indy, who's absolutely the level of QB proficient to be able to help him do that effectively.
