Rules: - Make one pick of a player following each of the Eagles picks. - Howie gets first choice. So, you can't take the player the Eagles took unless you pick him a round (one pick) earlier than he was drafted by the Eagles. - There are no trades other than the ones Howie made. - UDFA's may be taken at any point, regardless of where they signed. But, I don't want to hear about who you would have signed. Like him? Draft him or stop. You have a distinct advantage as you can look up and down the draft and arrange it by who was and wasn't there. So, quit complaining about the Howie Rule, you weren't going to take Casey Toohill, anyway. I made a post adjustment to allow Reagor. He couldn't be taken elsewhere and was available. There was enough chatter about him to say he was a viable pick there.
