scottishpatriot
That list just has everyone's inter- conference opponents. Those should have been known for ages. Is everyone seriously playing out of conference only for the first four weeks or is it a mistake? Doesn't strike me as a sensible Covid-19 strategy to maximise non-local games.
DoleINGout
At least there is some familiarity with three of the NFC West teams. Pats played Rams in the Bowl just over a year ago. Belichick knows Kyle Shannahan pretty well from his father presumably plus he knows Jimmy. And then the Pats are familiar with the Seahawks a bit from their Super Bowl matchup and Pete Carroll's uncomplicated system. The Pats have also opened a season on the road in Arizona before so Bill should be able to lean on that experience a little bit. But travel distance and strength of opponent it couldn't be harder for an East coast team than facing the NFC West division.

I think it's because they're classified as the least important, so if the early part of the season is cancelled, it won't matter as much? CP3MVP
Couldn’t beat Miami at home with a bye on the line last year. We will see week 1 in 2020
