It'll be Burrow's league soon.

I like this guy.

Seriously though, a part of me actually thinks the Bengals can be good next year (barring health), even with Burrow starting as a rookie. Given his age, maturity, and mental fortitude it wouldn’t surprise me if he played well earlier than most rookies. He’s got the weapons to make some noise.

Done before the draft, and can't be a'd to re-do. I came up with this;

AFC North:

Baltimore Ravens: 14-2

Pittsburgh Steelers: 10-6

Cleveland Browns: 9-7

Cincinnati Bengals: 7-9

AFC East:

Buffalo Bills: 11-5

New England Patriots: 8-8

Miami Dolphins: 8-8

New York Jets: 6-10

AFC South:

Tennessee Titans: 11-5

Houston Texans: 9-7

Indianapolis Colts: 8-8

Jacksonville Jaguars: 5-11

AFC West:

Kansas City Chiefs: 13-3

Denver Broncos: 9-7

Las Vegas Raiders: 7-9

Los Angeles Chargers: 7-9

NFC North:

Green Bay Packers: 12-4

Minnesota Vikings: 12-4

Chicago Bears: 5-11

Detroit Lions: 4-12

NFC East:

Dallas Cowboys: 12-4

Philly Eagles: 11-5

NYG: 8-8

Washignton Redskins: 7-9

NFC South:

New Orleans Saints: 13-3

Tampa Bay Buccs: 10-6

Atlanta Falcons: 6-10

Carolina Panthers: 4-12

NFC West:

San Francisco 49ers: 12-4

Seattle Seahawks: 10-6

LAR: 8-8

Arizona Cardinals 7-9

Can you expand on this please?

They weren't exactly out there destroying teams from wire to wire as they blazed their way through a dominant playoff run and championship. It's not a dynasty-like team. Also, I love Andy Reid, but he's shown time and time again the inability to win the big one. I'm not gonna go ahead and change my opinion on him after 1 SB win.

Plus as soon as they pay Mahomes they’re screwed. I know that they generally draft well and have a good GM, but Pat is going to take up a massive chunk of their cap.

Yeah I mean they're a good team and definitely contenders for a while, but to think that they are gonna build some dynasty is too reactionary for my taste. Kinda like people picking the cowboys to go 12-4 because they picked CeeDee Lamb.

Still think they're a bit screwed by being in the AFC North this season. All three other teams are going to be equally talented if jot clearly superior IMO. I think the Bengals could surprise certainly but it would take a disappointing season for the Steelers, Ravens, or Browns to finish last in the division.

The Ravens and Steelers (pending Ben’s health), sure. But the Browns don’t scare me at all until proven otherwise.

I think they are basically on the same level at this point in terms of expectations but I would give then the slight edge by a win, or two.

I'm gonna do my own version of this and use it as an opportunity to predict the Coaching Carousel, so that'll be my general predictor:

Coaches Fired:

- Matt Nagy (Chicago) It's pretty rare you see a fanbase so completely sour on a coach who just took them to the playoffs after one year, but somehow, Nagy's built up enough bad will in Chicago in a year that I think when the team once again fails to step forward and challenge the powers in their division, he's a goner.

- Matt Patricia (Detroit) Patricia is not going to survive his playoff mandate

- Bill O'Brien (Houston) The decision to trade Hopkins is going to look real bad in January

- Doug Marrone (Jacksonville) We all know Jacksonville is due for a total house cleaning after this season

Coaches who will be on the hot seat next year:

- Dan Quinn (Atlanta) - Dan survives missing the playoffs by fielding a competitive team that gets edged in the race by Tampa and New Orleans. Ownership just says: "Yeah, we get it."

- Zac Taylor (Cincinnati) - Joe Burrow is going to win enough games to save Zac, especially if Joe Brady shows something in Carolina.

- Mike McCarthy (Dallas) - I don't have any good reason for this except that I just have a feeling.

I want to put Gruden here but can't because of his contract.

- Adam Gase (I think Gase is going to string together enough wins this season to get the league to stop clowning him a bit, but he will remain on hot seat because of perception he's created)

Assuming there is a 2020 season ...

AFC NORTH: BAL 13-3, PIT 9-7, CLE 7-9, CIN 1-15

AFC SOUTH: TEN 10-6, HOU 9-7, JAC 7-9, IND 7-9

AFC WEST: KC 13-3, LV 8-8, DEN 6-10, LAC 3-13

AFC EAST: BUF 10-6, NE 9-7, MIA 5-11, NYJ 3-13

NFC NORTH: MIN 12-4, GB 11-5, CHI 8-8, DET 6-10

NFC SOUTH: NO 12-4, TB 11-5, ATL 5-11, CAR 5-11

NFC WEST: SEA 12-4, SF 12-4, LAR 8-8, ARI 5-11

NFC EAST: DAL 10-6, PHI 8-8, NYG 7-9, WAS 4-12

No idea how the playoffs would shake out. It could be Baltimore's year to win another Super Bowl.
