You can probably beat the first 3 acts in like 25 hours or so and be satisfied with the experience. Act IV adds a big chunk of time, between prep and just pushing through it. Probably 35 hours as mentioned above to include Act IV in there. I'm a completionist so I tend to go for achievements/trophies, and I did the DLC, and that took me ~55 hours.
