I think we should just play it counting both. As if there's 3 starting CBs and 3 starting LBs. I also wondered about the OLBs from 3/4's and how they apply. If you put together a 4-3 defense, I don't think you should be able to play 2 DEs and two pass rushing OLBs. It's unrealistic and feels like a cheat.
