I’m giving him the rest of 2020 and likely 1/2 of 2021. JMHO

He doesn’t have a great arm, he doesn’t have great pocket presence, he’s not very accurate and he’s a horrible decision maker slightly below Jameis Winston level. And I think Jameis is more talented. SkippyX
Baker had a bad 2nd season. This is obvious. He is about a 63.5% passer in years 1 and 3 combined. Pretending he has terrible accuracy is lame. Even Daniel Jones at 61.9% in his first 23 games is not terrible. Jones is a really bad QB because he has 19 picks, 28 fumbles, and lots of failed 4th down attempts. FYI - The 4 best QBs of 2020 are ranked 4th, 20th, 21st, and 22nd in completion percentage. Teddy is 3rd in completion percentage. Is he a good QB this year?
Jlowe22
How high of a completion percentage you need to be effective is largely dependent on what type of offense you're running.

If not, the Browns will be drafting a new quarterback in 2022. 1.)FO ranks him 21 in DVOA, so no I wouldn’t consider him 15-20. Considering his cast as well. 2.)Baker does not have a top 5 arm in the league. 3.)You really cited completion percentage to determine accuracy. Cam newton is completing 67% of his passes this year btw. 4.)Jameis career interception percentage is 3.5%, Baker is 3.4%. I see no difference between their mental abilities. Again, their career stats across the board in the major categories are absolutely comparable 3 seasons in.
