BoltsFan937
I always factor in teams with poor defenses in my fantasy rankings because obviously if you’re giving up a lot of points, then conversely your offense will have to try to keep the pace. Even if it’s garbage time points, who cares, points are points in fantasy. I’ve identified four teams who I think will struggle defensively this year and they are Jacksonville, Carolina, NY Giants and I think Cincinnati. Am I leaving any teams out with poor defenses? naptownskinsfan
Washington is transitioning to a new defensive front, and my research has shown that no team has finished above 20th overall when changing defensive fronts. Even when the Ravens were a top 3 unit as a 4-3 defense under Marvin Lewis, when they went to a 3-4 they dropped down below 20th, and that was with a "who's who" 3-4 coaching staff. With our anemic offense, I would certainly say the Washington defense is one to avoid.

JaguarCrazy2832
I do think its a factor but like the Jaguars for instance had a bad defense last year and idk if it will be any better so unless you believe the offensive players take a step forward, I wouldn't take into account the fact our defense sucks. Now if a defense got significantly worse over the offseason then that definitely is a bigger factor
Sllim Pickens
The lions had the worst pass D last year and one of the worst run D’s. They lose Slay and add Okudah. Added a couple other filler pieces but still don’t have anyone to put pressure on the QB.
