Toddfather
A thin position is now thinner. I was honestly excited about Funchess...

MacReady
It’s about to be a blood bath of bad news for a lot of teams and their depth. A LOT of OL and DL will be opting out this season I think. They’re most at risk. If Kenny doesn’t opt out, our DL might be among the best depending on which DL do opt out. thrILL!
Everyone will opt out at some point, whether they want to or not.

This is why the first few weeks are crucial. What I see happening is the season getting delayed, with games played counting. There might be reduced teams, so we have to be one of the teams not reduced.

gopackgo972
Man I was looking forward to Funch. What does this mean for his contact next season?

Leader
Hindsight and "what if's" arent usually good for much...but sometimes interesting. Wonder how Funchess NOT being around would have affected our draft.
Leader
Zach Kruse - An important detail from Rob Demovsky: "Funchess canceled several scheduled media opportunities shortly after he signed with the Packers because of what sources said at the time was the need to care for family members diagnosed with COVID-19." Tbh I do like this a lot better than getting 6 games out of him before the season gets scrapped in mid-october and then we’re back where we started
packfanfb
Obviously Gute couldn't see this coming, but also not sure he can go into the season with the same exact WR group, cross his fingers, and hope he doesn't come out looking like a clown for how he approached the position this offseason.
