lumberjackchris
The Pats now up to 8 opt outs....I know most have medical reasons but it’s a sinking ship. They just better not tank enough to get Lawrence....

Which is more dangerous - Belly with Lawrence, or Belly with four picks in rounds 1 and 2 for the next three to four years? (Mind you, I'm probably the biggest Lawrence Stan on the site - he's one of two QBs I'd take over Watson, the other being the half billion QB in KC). If you give Belly eight premium picks over the next four years, he's going to find a QB... as well as another TE, two great DEs, a big time WR and an entire IOL group that will solidify the inside of the OL. tab
if im honest, i dont think the patriots are very good at drafting in the early rounds. it would be on brand for them IMO to be projected and positioned to take lawrence but not do it
lumberjackchris
Belly with Lawerance is scary.
Pastor Dillon
I think the team that stays home and keeps from losing guys to COVID will be the team that wins the super bowl this year. It could be anyone's game.
lumberjackchris
Eagles Andre Dillard tore his pec and is done for the season.....honestly I’m surprised we haven’t seen more of this thus far. Without the normal NFL offseason and quarantine guys have probably been lifting harder for the last 6-8 months than they have in a while.

Oh .. there's been plenty. - The rookie S class is basically out for the season, Grant Delpit tore his achilles and Xavier McKinney broke his foot. - Chargers WR Mike Williams out a few weeks with a shoulder injury. - Bears RB David Montgomery out a month with a groin pull. - Cardinals CB Robert Alford out for season with a torn pec. - Cowboys DT Gerald McCoy out for season with quad rupture. I meant specifically torn pectorals with guys probably benching more than they should and getting to bulky
Pastor Dillon
I suspect we are gonna see a TON of guys injuried the first 4 weeks of the season. The QBs will be getting hit for the first time week

Yeah it’s not surprising though without a pre season. hopefully we stay healthy. We are already missing a couple guys but hopefully no one else gets hurt
Pastor Dillon
Clowney won’t give 100% for an entire game no matter who he plays for. Dude has been the biggest disappointment and waste of potential in a long time. It’s not that he’s not a decent player but he should be a 15 sack player.

But we don't need pre season so let's eliminate it and have an 20 game schedule...oh but we do care about player health
