Custard Nachos
-  A mountain of homemade creamy blackberry and peach custard on a cold plate, accompanied with "right-out-the-frier" waffle cone chips, lightly glazed with a salted caramel sauce, served with fresh blackberry and peaches macerated with lime juice and sugar, and Chantilly cream for extra dippage!

Holy moly, I don't even like dessert...but wow.

This is PRIME RIB we're talking about here...

Semi related note - buddies and I are creating a food "proof of concept" on brisket biryani. There's part of me thinking it would potentially ruin the brisket - it's the chocolate covered bacon conundrum, two great things together don't necessarily make both things better... and could potentially make them worse.

I'm deferring to my associates on this item, they do cooking better than I do.

Prime rib is what I get every time I go to a steakhouse.  I would try brisket biryani.  Brisket is my favorite food, though, so if you pitch brisket anything to me I'm gonna jump at it.
