They're pretty comparable in terms of being 2 of the 5 best corners in the league, but Rhodes plays on an elite defense. Detroit has no pass rush and outside of Glover Quin and Ansah (for about 3 games a year), we have zero high end talent on D. Basically, I think we ask Slay to do more with less help, and he always rises. That being said, I have no evidence that Rhodes wouldn't be just as effective for us...
