Correct me if I'm wrong @Matts4313, but this is grounds to convict for a death sentence in Texas, right?

Pretty sure it is in the barbecue capital of California, too - even though I'm pretty sure very few people outside of Southern CA can actually name the bbq capital of California.

Pretty sure that's how they do steak in Texas. Propane, on tin foil,  and well done.

Grill marks? Thats like, the burnt things, the black stuff, right?

That gives you cancer. You can avoid that by boiling your steaks.

The oldest texas tradition is to sous vide their steaks and eat them fresh out the water. 

 

Actually a little known fact is sous vide is Texan for ribeye.
