Bills extend LT Dion Dawkins (4 year, $60 M)

The #Bills and LT Dion Dawkins have reached agreement on a 4-year, $60M extension ($15M per year), per @AdamSchefter. The former second-round pick was slated to be a free agent after this season.

Solid move for sure. He loves Buffalo and is a big personality and well liked in the locker room.

He isn't a stalwart but he has played very well. Left side of the line is locked up with Dawkins-Spain-Morse all signed through the next 3 season at least.

Josh Allen's blindside will be protected for years to come until he gets benched.

Was going to ask how he was since I remember him having a sophomore slump in 2018.

The loss of Incognito certainly hurt Dawkins that year. The revolving door at LG of Ducasse, Teller and Sirles was far from ideal.

Excited to see what he and Spain can do together for a second straight year.
